Christmas

Our family had a wonderful Christmas this year (despite each of us getting the flu). From decorating the Christmas tree, to making Christmas cookies, and of course Christmas morning, it was a fun-filled holiday season! (here's a sneak peak for those of you who have wanted to see photos of all the hard work that Michael put into the living room!) Hope you all had a very Merry Christmas. Gingerbread House

One day the kids and I (Christa) headed to Gramma and Grampa's house (to get out of Daddy's hair while he was working in the living room). Gramma had bought a gingerbread house kit for us to do while we spent the day there. The kids had so much fun and the finished product was awesome!

Happy 4th Birthday Nicholas!!

Nicholas turned 4 on November 28. When he woke up in the morning and came downstairs he was greeted by birthday banners and balloons decorating the living room and kitchen (same as with Makayla). For dinner, Grampa and Gramma and Grampa came over for pizza (Nicholas' favourite!!) and birthday cake. Nicholas opened up his birthday presents after dinner and was so excited with what he was given, dinosaurs!! He had a great 4th birthday!

The Birthday Party

This year the kids had a joint birthday party for their friends. We rented a community center, and boy oh boy did it make life a lot easier! We had about 20 kids running around and they had a great time.
